For too long, being a barrister or solicitor in Australia has meant living in a state of professional fragmentation. You belong to a grand tradition, but your daily reality is a scattered mess of 100 different tabs, missed opportunities, and the “LinkedIn crawl” you've come to loathe.
The current model relies on you having the “hidden map” — knowing which obscure PDF to check for a CPD event or which colleague to call for a referral.
